After using Mike’s hundreds of times over the past 20 years, the other day my simple wash routine has turned into a nightmare. My truck jumps out of the track, gets rammed multiple times by the car behind me, driving the front of my truck into the equipment, causing front end damage. After getting it straightened out and out of the wash, Mike’s staff was great, got me a claim form and said they would contact me in 5 business days. I never heard from them until I reached out via email, 7 days later. I learned how they do it, snail mail you a denial letter (which I’m still waiting on, weeks later). I had them send to my email, they stated they reviewed video footage and it was something I did in vehicle and if I wanted the video I needed a formal request from a lawyer. Just looking around on reviews from BBB, Facebook, Yelp, etc., I have learned so much about the lack of accountability from Mike’s claims department. My story is just like many, many others, Mike’s Carwash never takes responsibility. I would have never of thought a simple Carwash malfunction at a large chain could have this result.

Visited on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. We were on our way home from somewhere and stopped by this location. First visit. Ryan and Cameron were working twice as hard because their tablets weren't working. But, the customer service was still great! We had some serious bird droppings on our windshield and they made sure to spray it hard before we went through the wash. Great location. We'll be back on our way to and from whatever! Springdale is our home location. Both are fab!

Friendly staff but the car wash its self is sub par. Only cleaned the dirt off and didn't get the back half of my vehicle at all. Sure not worth 22 dollars for the wash my 3 year old does just as good if not better by hand.

I was there a few days ago and one of the car washes is missing a brush and yet they have it open to the public without a notice that it is out of service. I put in the money and then I saw that the brush is missing.

Took my bike there to see how it would work out and I gotta say, it worked out great. The only reason I’m not giving this place a 5 is because the machine is janky. Without raising hell the guy working there offered me a refund on some of the money because of how it worked out. Only going to come here from now on
